Business Analyst (Oracle ERP)

The Role Join our IT team as a Business Analyst to act as a key bridge between business users and technology teams. You will be responsible for business process analysis, system requirement study, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation and enhancement initiatives. In addition, you will participate in digital transformation and AI-related projects to enhance business efficiency and innovation. Key Responsibilities Business Process Review & Requirement Analysis: Liaise with business users to understand, analyze, and document detailed business requirements and workflows. ERP Implementation & Support: Participate in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP project implementation and ongoing support for assigned functional areas. Enhancement work of the Oracle Cloud ERP system and new function adoption. Collaborate project tasks with business users, internal IT teams and vendors, and manage system scope, identify appropriate solutions and user expectations. Take lead in requirement study, system design, data conversion, integration, report development, testing, and system configuration. Digital Transformation & AI Initiatives: Participate in AI, automation, and digital transformation projects (e.g., AI, RPA, analytics tools). Identify opportunities to leverage AI and technology to improve business processes and decision-making. Support implementation, testing, and continuous improvement of AI-enabled solutions and automation workflows. BAU Support & Continuous Improvement: Provide BAU support, handle urgent business operational requests as arises Conduct periodic assessment of operations functions and regular review system functionalities, guidelines and procedures to improve operational efficiency Prepare and maintain system/project documentation and user training materials; facilitate end-user training as needed Facilitate/Coach team members across relevant functions to various end-to-end processes analysis and testing, as needed Consider cybersecurity and data privacy during system implementation/operations What We’re Looking For Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance or related disciplines 5+ years of experience in business analysis or system implementation Solid experience in ERP project implementation and support; including solid skills in developing reports using reporting tools or SQL programming Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP is an advantage Exposure to AI, automation or data analytics tools is highly preferred Good communication and problem-solving skills to articulate ideas and issues in laymen terms Good written, spoken and report writing skill in English and Chinese, including Putonghua A good team player, self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure Knowledge in cybersecurity, data privacy and security is required Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Business Analyst We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
