Job Summary We are looking for a Presales Engineer to work closely with the Sales team in designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions. This role combines technical consulting, solution design, customer engagement, technical presentations, proposal development, and technical support throughout the sales cycle to help deliver the best solutions for our customers. Responsibilities: Design and propose enterprise technology solutions based on customer requirements. Work closely with the Sales team to understand business needs and develop technical solutions. Conduct customer meetings, technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (PoC). Prepare solution architecture, Bill of Materials (BoM), technical specifications, and related documentation. Prepare technical proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, quotations, and supporting documents for private sector projects. Prepare and review bidding documents for public sector projects, including TOR analysis, compliance matrix, technical responses, and other required tender documentation. Provide technical consultation and recommend best practices throughout the presales process. Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and smooth project handover. Stay up to date with enterprise technologies, industry trends, and vendor solutions. Participate in technical training and certification programs. Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Networking Presales or Network Engineering. Strong knowledge of Campus Networking, Datacenter Networking, and Firewall technologies. Experience with networking solutions from leading vendors such as Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, or equivalent. Strong understanding of network design, routing, switching, and security best practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Experience with network automation and orchestration tools. Knowledge of cloud and hybrid networking environments. Familiarity with network security technologies, including VPN, IDS/IPS, and threat management.
