Responsibilities: Develop and maintain applications and integrations, primarily in Python, across new and existing systems Contribute to translating business requirements into working, well-structured software features Build integrations (APIs, XML, SFTP) between internal applications, ERP systems, and external/marketplace platforms Design and maintain data exchange processes with SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance Use AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex) to accelerate development, refactoring, and testing Deploy applications to Microsoft Azure and on-premises environments using existing CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control Perform testing, including integration testing, and troubleshoot production issues with root-cause analysis Support the full release lifecycle (Dev, Test, UAT, Live) and provide post go-live support Write and maintain technical documentation, including system design and integration specifications Stay up to date with the latest tools and technologies, including AI and automation, and embrace continuous learning Perform other related duties as required or assigned Requirements: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline 3–5 years of hands-on experience in application development and systems integration Strong hands-on experience in Python; working knowledge of C# or JavaScript is a plus Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Codex Experience building API/XML-based integrations with ERP systems and SFTP-based data exchanges with external/marketplace platforms Solid understanding of SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and data exchange practices Experience deploying to cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure Experience deploying applications to on-premises virtualized environments (e.g., Hyper-V) or similar Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows (GitHub/GitLab) Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (Dev, Test, UAT, Live) Familiarity with containerization (Docker) is a plus Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools is a plus Awareness of AI technologies (e.g., LLM APIs, RAG concepts, or local/on-prem LLMs) and how they can support business applications is a plus Proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to address issues at their root cause Good communication skills in both spoken and written Chinese and English
