Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance marketing effectiveness and maintain competitive advantage. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is an advantage. Minimum 8 years of experience in Marketing or Brand Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and driving business growth. Strong experience in brand management, budget management, and cross-functional leadership. Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Good command of English
