General Manager, Digital Delivery

Position: General Manager, Digital Delivery Industry: Digital / Technology Location: Damansara, Selangor Salary: RM24,000 - RM28,000 About the Role We are looking for a senior digital leader to drive the strategy, delivery and growth of a large-scale integrated digital platform. This is a hands-on leadership role covering product, technology, digital channels, programme delivery and strategic partnerships. The successful candidate should be equally comfortable setting direction, leading teams, challenging technical decisions and driving execution. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end digital product roadmap, release planning and delivery. Lead product, engineering, digital channels, programme management and partnerships. Provide technical direction across mobile, web, APIs, cloud and platform architecture. Ensure platform scalability, reliability, security and performance. Drive digital adoption, customer experience and self-service journeys. Manage complex multi-team and multi-vendor digital programmes. Oversee programme budgets, vendors, contracts, risks and delivery performance. Develop strategic partnerships and lead third-party service integrations. Establish standard processes for onboarding new digital services and partners. Build and lead a high-performing multidisciplinary digital team. Strengthen internal capabilities and reduce unnecessary vendor dependency. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field. Minimum 12 years' experience in digital product, technology or platform delivery. At least 5 years in senior leadership , managing multidisciplinary teams. Proven track record delivering and scaling large consumer-facing digital platforms. Strong knowledge of mobile applications, APIs, microservices and cloud platforms. Good understanding of cybersecurity, identity management and payment integrations. Strong programme, vendor and stakeholder management experience. Experience managing complex third-party integrations and strategic partnerships. Exposure to large-scale or regulated organisations is advantageous. Strong commercial judgement, communication and leadership skills. Preferred Background Experience in digital platforms, marketplaces, fintech, digital banking, e-wallets, telecommunications or other multi-service digital ecosystems will be highly regarded. Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile or equivalent are advantageous.
