Key Responsibilities 1. New Business & Client Acquisition Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key industries including finance, retail, logistics, professional services, and enterprise sectors. Spot new business opportunities in IT infrastructure, cloud, SaaS, system integration, digital transformation, and tech outsourcing. Represent the company at networking events, seminars, and industry functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads. 2. End-to-End Sales Management Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and needs assessment to solution presentation and proposal submission. Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to develop tailored proposals, quotations, and tender responses. Lead commercial negotiations, contract finalisation, and deal closure in alignment with company revenue targets. Oversee post-sale implementation follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and project success. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports and forecasts to management. 3. Account Management & Revenue Growth Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving business needs. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional IT solutions and services. Coordinate with internal support teams to resolve client issues promptly and ensure high service quality. 4. Channel & Strategic Partnership Development Develop and manage strategic partnerships with local IT vendors, resellers, and system integrators. Support joint marketing and go-to-market initiatives to expand market coverage and drive collaborative growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (essential for Hong Kong market engagement). 2–5 years of relevant IT sales or business development experience in Hong Kong; candidates with an established local client network (Corporate Banking) will have a strong advantage. Solid knowledge of mainstream IT solutions including cloud computing, enterprise software, system integration, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation services. Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets, with hands-on experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to payment collection. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with the confidence to engage C-level executives and IT decision-makers. Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
