Key Responsibilities 1. Branch Operation Process Improvement Observe and analyze day-to-day workflows at branches (receiving goods, food preparation, customer service, cleaning, waste handling, etc.). Identify bottlenecks, redundant steps, and areas for improvement. Redesign service and kitchen workflows to increase speed and consistency. Develop and maintain SOPs, checklists, and visual workflows for each position (kitchen, service, cashier, stewarding, etc.). 2. Supply Chain Process Optimization Analyze and improve processes within purchasing, warehouse, and distribution . Redesign the “Order–Pick–Pack–Deliver–Receive” flow to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery to branches. Establish data tracking systems (dashboards, forms, or QR-based tracking) to monitor delivery performance. Collaborate with the Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to synchronize processes with branch needs. 3. System & Data Integration Develop digital tools to support efficiency (e.g., Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, Power BI dashboards). Integrate data across HR, Supply Chain, and Operations systems for real-time visibility. Perform data analysis to identify trends and drive improvement decisions. 4. Monitoring & Reporting Measure performance before and after each improvement project (e.g., delivery lead time, waste reduction, preparation time, service time). Track KPIs and prepare monthly reports for management. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and scalability. 5. Continuous Improvement Culture Lead or co-organize activities such as “Kaizen Week,” “Lean Branch Project,” or “CI Challenge.” Train branch managers and supply chain teams on Lean Thinking, 5S, and Visual Management principles. Build and coach “CI Ambassadors” across branches to maintain consistent improvement momentum. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field . Minimum 2–3 years of experience in process improvement, supply chain management, or restaurant operations . Strong understanding of F&B or retail operations and end-to-end supply chain flow. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Microsoft Forms, and basic process automation tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Willingness to travel nationwide for branch process audits and improvement projects.
