RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Sales Performance & Business Growth Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Monitor outlet sales performance, customer traffic, product mix, and profitability. Identify opportunities to increase revenue through promotions, upselling, seasonal campaigns, and new product introductions. Analyse sales trends and recommend improvement plans for underperforming outlets. Drive business growth and improve market presence. 2. Customer Experience Management Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained across all outlets. Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and complaints. Develop action plans to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Build strong relationships with customers and understand market preferences. 3. Marketing & Promotion Execution Collaborate with Marketing team to plan and execute outlet promotions, campaigns, and events. Support new product launches and promotional activities. Monitor effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide feedback for improvement. Identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. 4. Retails Outlet Management Manage business performance and operational requirements for retail outlets. Ensure compliance with the operational standards, merchandising requirements, and promotional activities. Maintain good working relationships with Outlet management. Coordinate with internal teams to support outlet requirements and business expansion. 5. Reporting & Business Analysis Prepare regular sales reports for Northern Region, outlet performance reports, and operational updates. Analyse financial performance including sales, costs, and profitability. Provide recommendations to management for business improvement. Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends. REQUIREMENTS: Diploma / Degree in Business Management, Hospitality, F&B Management, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B retail operations, café management, multi-outlet management. Experience managing café chains, kopitiam concepts, restaurants, or shopping mall outlets is preferred. Excellent knowledge of F&B operations and retail management. Strong sales and business development mindset. Good problem-solving and decision-making ability. Able to analyse sales performance and operational reports. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple outlets.
