About the Role Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client requirements, identify their needs, and craft tailored solutions using our platform. Work with the Sales team and Customer Success Management to understand specific customer challenges and business needs; identify areas of opportunity and build/execute account development plans. Deliver persuasive and articulate demonstrations of our solutions to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our platform to C-level executives. Create and maintain a repository of up-to-date sales collateral, including presentations, proposals, and case studies. Engage in technical discussions and address objections with prospective clients, ensuring a clear understanding of our platform’s capabilities. Engage in technical discussions regarding potential integration approaches, providing suggestions to clients as well as addressing potential customization requirements. Assist in client responses, ensuring they are both compelling and competitive. Keep abreast of product updates, industry trends, and competitors to enhance sales strategies. Develop an in-depth understanding of the competition, differentiators, and business strategy. Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements that can address customer needs and provide additional value. Share and learn best practices and reusable assets with other Solutions Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team. Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation. Support marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows. The Successful Applicant Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or customer-facing consulting role, preferably in tech company sector. Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate complex technical concepts into tangible business benefits. Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
