About client: Our client is one of the fashion brands - To cope with their expansion plan in HK, they are seeking a dynamic and open-minded individual to join their team as a Boutique In-charge who is experienced and passionate for fashion and a willingness to learn are essential. Responsibilities: Manage the overal P&L of the store Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a luxury experience for all clients. Drive sales and meet store targets through effective product knowledge and sales techniques. Assist in training and developing team members to deliver the brand's standards. Ensure the store maintains a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere at all times. Collaborate with internal funtional teams such as Merchandising, Training, VM and Marketing to drive the brand' projects and campaign Requirements: Passion for luxury retail and a keen interest in Fashion. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Open-minded and agile approach to learning new skills and product knowledge.
