WHAT YOU'LL DO Financial & Strategic Oversight: Drive country-level P&L performance, overseeing budgets, financial forecasts, and revenue strategies to ensure profit target achievement. Executive Leadership & Culture: Lead, mentor, and manage the country-level executive team (including Community, Operations, Facilities, Sales & Marketing, Housekeeping, and People & Culture), fostering a high-performance culture that maximizes staff engagement and productivity. Asset & Operational Excellence: Direct the management of long-stay and hotel assets, infrastructure, and daily operations across the portfolio, ensuring long-term sustainability, efficiency, and compliance with company and industry standards. New Projects: Lead country level expansion initiatives, orchestrating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operational scaling and market integration. Revenue Growth & Business Development: Spearhead sales and marketing initiatives to optimize occupancy, drive revenue growth, and strengthen brand positioning. Cultivate strategic relationships with key corporate clients, travel agencies, and online travel platforms. Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting: Serve as the primary liaison for key stakeholders, including landlords, investors, and corporate executives. Regularly communicate financial performance and strategic initiatives, providing transparent business insights and reports. Risk, Safety, and Compliance Management: Ensure comprehensive legal and regulatory adherence (e.g., Buildings, Licenses, Health & Safety, Property Agreements, Labor Laws, and financial reporting). Implement robust risk management strategies to safeguard all assets, guests, and employees. Talent Management: Partner with the People & Culture Team to manage the performance cycle for the country-level team, including goal-setting, periodic reviews, and performance appraisals. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Prior experience in General Manager / Assistant General Manager roles, ideally in a start-up environment 3-5 years of experience leading and working across cross-functional teams P&L management experience Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level Knowledge of co-living, serviced apartments and hospitality industry trends and market dynamics Proficiency in English and Cantonese is required, Mandarin and other languages are a strong plus Digital Savvy (Experience in digital business or hotel management software) WHAT WE OFFER A dynamic startup environment with career progression Experience in working with overseas teams Great platform to perform and learn for the best Hybrid Working arrangements
