Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end project schedule, covering high-level system design and analysis, system implementation/enhancement, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and system deployment Conduct business analysis and gather/document user requirements for system initiatives Prepare comprehensive system documentation, including requirements specifications and related artefacts Serve as the primary liaison between business users and technical development teams Guide technical developers in delivering effective business solutions, and lead the formulation of Test Plans and execution of User Acceptance Testing Requirements: Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis Strong skills in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation Knowledge of programming languages including MySQL, Java, and JavaScript; experience in product development or UAT is an advantage Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin (spoken and written) Immediate availability is highly preferred
