Material Planner

To support RTD and assigned Outsourced supply through effective MRP execution, material planning, and transfer plan implementation, ensuring timely supply, inventory optimization, and achievement of agreed service levels after FG transfer plans are finalized. Scope of Responsibilities Supply & MRP Execution Support and execute RTD and assign Outsourced supply through material planning and MRP activities following approved FG transfer plans. Translate FG transfer plans into effective material call-offs, replenishment, and execution actions. Manage material forecasts, planning, and call-offs to ensure supply continuity. Monitor and control raw material and packaging inventory in line with agreed inventory policies. Identify material shortages, risks, and supply constraints, and proactively escalate issues with proposed solutions. Cross-Functional & OEM Collaboration Ensure timely follow-up with OEMs on material readiness, changes, and execution issues. SAP & Purchasing Operations Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely execution of SAP transactions to support supply continuity and inventory targets. Continuous Improvement & Analysis Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance material planning accuracy, SAP process efficiency, and outsourced supply reliability. Provide operational data and analysis to support periodic review of FG transfer plans and supply scenarios in timely manner. People Work collaboratively with all stakeholders internally and externally to achieve business target. Support RTD & Outsourced Team to fulfill business requirement. Qualification Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related business. Minimum 5 years of working experience in operations-related roles such as supply chain, purchasing, customer service, accounting, or manufacturing support. Understanding of SAP/ERP transaction processes (e.g. PO, MRP, vendor setup) is required.
