Key Account Executive - (Food Industry) Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a strategic long term relationship with key customers and seek for new customers to increase the opportunity for sale. Update market information, new opportunities, and competitor movement to Key Account manager. Collaborate with Key Account manager and other departments to develop account plan and sales forecast to improve effectiveness and profitability. Collaborate with Technical team to create new menus to increase the opportunity for sales. Coordinate between internal finance team and customers to handle any invoice and billing issues and/or request. Execute all other jobs assigned by Key Account Manager. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in related field. At least 2 years of working experience with strong sales in related fields e.g. Food and Bakery industry, FMCG, etc. Experience from Food Service or Industry would be an advantage. Experience in promoting and developing products to beverage, bakery, and/or culinary customers is a must. Direct experience dealing with key accounts, B2B would be an advantage. Experience working with R&D to develop the new menu would be an advantage. Strong interpersonal skills and proactively managing customers. Excellent selling, analytical, negotiation, and networking skills. Willingness to travel and work independently.
