Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Strategy & Management Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's business objectives. Plan workforce requirements (Manpower Planning) for both short-term and long-term business needs. Develop and improve HR systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Act as a trusted HR advisor to management and department heads on people management matters. Recruitment & Selection Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for all organizational levels. Develop and execute employer branding and talent acquisition strategies. Enhance interview processes and candidate assessment systems to ensure quality hiring. Human Resource Development (HRD) & Organization Development (OD) Prepare the annual training plan and manage the training and development budget. Develop and implement competency frameworks, career paths, and succession planning programs. Support Talent Management and Leadership Development initiatives. Measure training effectiveness and evaluate return on investment (ROI) of learning and development programs. Performance Management Develop and manage the company's KPI and performance appraisal systems. Coordinate and support the annual performance evaluation process. Align performance management with employee development, career progression, and compensation programs. Compensation & Benefits Manage the company's compensation structure and employee benefits programs. Conduct salary benchmarking and market compensation analysis. Prepare and manage the annual personnel budget. Employee Relations & Labor Law Compliance Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and related legal requirements. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and labor disputes effectively. Foster positive employee relations and maintain a healthy working environment. Coordinate with relevant government authorities on labor and employment matters. Organizational Culture & Employee Engagement Promote the organization's core values and positive workplace culture. Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communication programs. Support and promote 5S, Kaizen, Safety, and Continuous Improvement activities throughout the organization. Quality Management Systems Support and maintain compliance with ISO 9001, GHPs, HACCP, and other applicable quality management standards. Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and work instructions to ensure alignment with quality management systems. Key Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Political Science, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum 8-10 years of HR experience, including 3-5 years in an HR management role. Strong experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred. Hands-on experience in Performance Management, Competency Framework, Talent Management, and Organizational Development. Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive organizational change. Working Schedule: Alternate Saturday work (work every other Saturday).
