Senior Merchandiser in (Beauty / Skincare / Personal Care)

Concept 4 is a key player in design, product development and sourcing of fashion, beauty & home accessories and packaging. The group is made of 130+ staff worldwide including 60+ in Hong Kong, where we work in a fast paced and friendly environment, with a spacious and bright office overlooking. A bright location at Wong Chuk Hang with MTR close access. We are now inviting high level candidates to apply for the following position: Requirements University graduate preferably in Administration / Business or related discipline. 8 years or above merchandising experience in beauty / skincare / personal care Solid experience in sourcing including China and offshore sourcing, sample/product development, and orders follow up with factories Experience in cost breakdown and testing requirement for Europe market Trading office background is preferred (Manufacturing experience is a plus) Healthy supplier data base is preferred (China and outside China) Good command of spoken & written English Excellent time management skills and ability to work with tight deadlines Good communication & interpersonal skill, negotiation and problem-solving skills Mature, self-motivated, detail-minded, responsible & able to work independently Pleasant and outgoing personality Immediate available is preferred Responsibilities: Lead end‑to‑end merchandising strategy for the skincare category, including assortment planning, SKU optimization, pricing and promotion. Partner closely with suppliers, brands, and cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to execute product launches and seasonal strategies. Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive terms, exclusives, and strong partnership collaboration. Follow-up orders with customers, vendors and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
