If NO relevant experience, please DO NOT APPLY* The Asia Sales Operations (TOYS) is instrumental in supporting the operational functions that enhance the effectiveness of the Headquarters Sales Team. Responsibilities: 1. Sales Process Support: ● Execute daily tasks related to order tracking, issue resolution, and reporting. ● Assist in maintaining data accuracy within sales systems. 2. Operational Responsibilities: ● Serve as the primary internal support for the Sales Team, providing data and tools needed to close deals ● Prepare accurate and timely customer quotation (RFQs), ensuring correct pricing, terms, and conditions in alignment with company policy. ● Maintain an up-to-date and standardized library of quotation templates, product specifications, and commercial terms. Generate reports and dashboards to support the Sales Team in customer engagement efforts. ● Collaborate with Sales and other teams to address customer needs and operational issues. ● Manage customer accounts, follow up with customers for administrative purposes, and provide troubleshooting assistance for orders, account status, and other issues, including handling product samples. ● Coordinate customer quotes, shipping dates, and shipment requirements. ● Complete customer quotes and deliver them to the Sales Team and Customers. Contribute to the compilation of performance metrics and other reporting functions. ● Input data and provide feedback on order changes in coordination with the Sales Teams and the Merchandising Team. Ensure the system reflects the latest order information accurately. ● Communicate with the Merchandising Team regarding production timelines and alert the Sales Teams of potential risks, fostering a proactive approach to issue resolution. ● Assist in identifying areas for system optimization and suggest potential customizations based on operational needs 3. Continuous Improvement: ● Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience. ● Collaborate with team members to build strong internal relationships that support overall sales operations. Requirements: At least 5 years of working experience in Sales Operations / Support, Customer Service or Order Management/Coordination/Administration in toy industry Bachelor's degree holder or equivalent experience preferred Basic understanding of sales processes, inventory management, and customer relationship management Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a willingness to learn and grow Good verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on teamwork Ability to adapt and respond to changing demands in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel Good command of English and Chinese (both Putonghua and Cantonese) Occasional travel is required to countries in Southeast Asia Work Location: Chai Wan (commercial building close to MTR station) Interested parties please send your detailed resume stating your current/last & expected salary by clicking "Apply Now" button.
