Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Accounting Department, ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements. Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, and Cash Management. Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Ensure accurate and timely tax compliance, including VAT, Withholding Tax (WHT), Corporate Income Tax, and other statutory filings. Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, banks, and other relevant government agencies. Provide financial analysis, management reports, and accounting advice to support strategic business decisions. Prepare annual budgets, monitor cash flow, and analyze financial performance against business objectives. Develop, implement, and improve accounting processes and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial records. Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team to achieve high performance and continuous improvement. Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting. Minimum 5–10 years of accounting experience, with prior experience in a supervisory or Accounting Manager role preferred. Ability to independently prepare and complete monthly and annual financial closings. Strong knowledge of Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS), Thai tax regulations, and other relevant laws and regulations. Experience in tax planning and coordinating with external auditors and government authorities. Good understanding of internal control systems and risk management. Proficient in Express Accounting Software and Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel. Experience with ERP systems is an advantage. Able to communicate effectively in English at a working level. CPD (Continuing Professional Development) certification is preferred. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and solve problems effectively. Detail-oriented, honest, highly responsible, and able to work well under pressure.
