What you'll be doing: ✅ Gather and analyze business and system requirements across operations, production, and supply chain. ✅ Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and user guides. ✅ Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and issue resolution. ✅ Coordinate system integration across ERP, MES, and manufacturing environments. We're looking for candidates with: ✔️ Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. ✔️ 2–5 years' experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role. ✔️ Experience in manufacturing environments is highly preferred. ✔️ Familiarity with ERP/MES platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar solutions. ✔️ Willingness to be based on-site in Ipoh for the duration of the contract.
