Senior Specialist- ERP (Oracle NetSuite)

Job Description We are seeking a skilled ERP Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing ERP systems and will be involved in the full implementation cycle. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to gather user requirements and design efficient process flows within the ERP system. Key Responsibilities Implementation: Implement ERP projects, ensuring successful implementation from start to finish. User Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document user requirements effectively. Process Analysis and Design: Analyze and design process flows within the ERP system to optimize operational efficiency. System Knowledge: Utilize knowledge of Oracle NetSuite ERP for effective system configuration and customization. Post-Go-Live Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for customers' ERP systems following the go-live phase. Requirements Proven experience in ERP implementation and project management. Strong understanding of business processes and workflows. Proficiency in gathering user requirements and defining functional specifications. Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite ERP systems is essential. Prior experience in providing support for ERP systems post-implementation. Relevant certifications (NetSuite) are a significant advantage. Preferred Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
