Job Roles & Responsibilities: We are looking for a high calibre professional to join our Sales Department as Sales Consultant (Renovation Platform). Key responsibilities include: Match residential and commercial property owners with suitable, professional and reliable renovation services to meet their specific needs; Generate and follow up on sales leads through various channels, including referral networking, cold-calling and company campaigns, to meet individual sales targets; Understand customers' renovation and technical needs, and coordinate closely with contractors to deliver clear and detailed project explanations; Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities from existing clients to grow the value of each customer relationship; Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a consistently high standard of service throughout the customer journey; Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the Sales team. Key Skills & Qualifications: Degree holder in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Strong communication skills in Cantonese, with good reading and writing skills in Chinese and English; Outgoing, positive, people-oriented and result-driven, with a strong customer-first mindset; Willing to learn, take ownership and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment; Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite preferred; Passion for customer service and an interest in renovation or property is a plus; Flexibility and are available to work during hours of operation, including weekends and during busy periods there is an expectation to standby anytime in responding to customers.
