AI Development · Design, implement and quality assurance on AI-powered applications using LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG pipelines, and embedding models. · Build integrations between AI agents (such as OpenClaw) and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, document stores, messaging platforms). · Develop APIs, microservices, and automation workflows that expose AI capabilities to customer applications. Model Integration & Optimization · Integrate and benchmark commercial and open-source LLMs for enterprise use cases. · Implement prompt engineering, retrieval augmentation, context window management, and output validation. · Optimize inference latency, throughput, and cost per token across workloads. Quality, Security & Governance · Implement guardrails, content filtering, and human-in-the-loop controls for enterprise deployments. · Ensure data residency, privacy compliance, and audit logging meet customer and regulatory requirements. · Document technical architecture and deployment playbooks for customer and internal use. Job Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. Advanced degree preferred. · 2 years or above of experience in software engineering, MLOps, or AI/ML system development. · Strong programming skills in Python. Experience with TypeScript, Go, or Java is a plus. · Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) and agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent). · Experience deploying and managing GPU-based workloads. Familiarity with CUDA, container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or on-premise). · Understanding of vector databases, embedding models, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures. · Experience with API design, microservices, and event-driven architectures. · Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and CI/CD tooling for production systems. · Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex distributed systems. · Good communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
