RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Key Account Management Manage and develop strong relationships with key customers, including coffee chains, QSR groups, café operators, and food service accounts in Southern Region. Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal departments. Understand customers’ business needs, operational challenges, and future expansion plans. Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to identify growth opportunities. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnership. 2. Sales Growth & Business Development Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives. Identify new business opportunities within Singapore’s food & beverage market. Acquire new accounts and expand existing customer portfolios. Introduce company products, solutions, and customized offerings to potential customers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. 3. Customer Relationship & Contract Management Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, promotions, and agreements with customers. Manage customer contracts, quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals. Ensure effective communication on product launches, price changes, promotions, and business updates. Maintain accurate customer records and sales forecasts. 4. Product Development & Collaboration Work closely with R&D, QA, Production, Marketing, and Supply Chain & Logistic teams to support customer requirements. Gather customer feedback and market insights for product improvement. Coordinate product sampling, trials, and customer approvals. Support new product development based on customer needs and market opportunities. 5. Order Management & Service Excellence Monitor customer orders, delivery schedules, and product availability. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly. Ensure smooth execution from order placement to delivery. Handle customer complaints professionally and implement corrective actions. 6. Market Intelligence & Reporting Prepare regular sales reports, account performance analysis, and market updates. Track sales performance, customer profitability, and business growth. Provide insights on competitor activities, pricing trends, and market opportunities. Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting. REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Food Science, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Food Service, or B2B Sales. Experience managing coffee chains, QSR, café groups, restaurants, or hospitality accounts is highly preferred. Experience handling Singapore market and regional customers will be an advantage. Strong business development and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong customer relationship management ability. Good understanding of F&B industry trends and customer operations. Able to manage multiple key accounts and projects independently. Strong analytical skills with sales and market data. Result-oriented with strong commercial awareness.
