Store Supervisor / หัวหน้าแผนกคลังวัตถุดิบ (Based Rayong)

Job Scope : Develop and present Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for approval, provide recommendations for problem-solving, and monitor the performance of the Raw Material Warehouse (RM) department to ensure targets are achieved. Provide guidance on work methods and operational procedures, review and propose related documentation (PM/WI/SD/FM) for approval, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant standards. Control and maintain adequate inventory levels of raw materials, spare parts, and consumable supplies to support operational requirements. Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records and stock data. Verify the accuracy of goods receipt and issuance transactions for materials, spare parts, and supplies. Analyze inventory discrepancies and investigate abnormal material withdrawal transactions, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions. Prepare purchase requisitions for equipment and supplies required by various departments. Review and verify departmental documents before submitting them to the Department Manager for approval. Supervise and oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by management and comply with all applicable company policies, procedures, and management system requirements. Qualification : Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. At least 2-5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related function. Strong knowledge of inventory management, spare parts, and warehouse supplies. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle operational issues effectively. Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly responsible. Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office. Strong leadership, planning, monitoring, analytical, decision-making, and coordination skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments. Experience with SAP is required. Candidates with hands-on experience in SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) will be given special consideration.
