Luxury Buying Officer

Job Descriptions: Purchase/Buying Luxury products (Bags & Watches) from customer by support Japanese Manager and team. Manage and supervise the purchase/buying products system with team. Monitor and support handling the products by routine function, Maintain and support on database system. Maintain effective communication channel with customers and vendors on telephone, email, company Line and Facebook. Coordinate with merchandise and sales team for all activities and develop purchase/sales opportunities. Maintain and organize related reports, evaluate same and compare it with previous performance. Work at various place with related job assigned by manager. Support other tasks if there any requested by manager. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field. New graduate is welcome. Basic knowledge of Excel, Word Good organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work under pressure handle multiple assignments and cross-functional simultaneously Good command in English (Japanese would be advantage) Available to work on weekend and shift assigned by Manager (8 hrs./day) Service-minded, self-motivated, well-organized and result-oriented Benefits: Social Security Provident Fund Transportation Allowance Group insurance Work Place: Central Tower
