Project Manager

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee medium to large-scale government projects with project values ranging from THB 100 million to multi-billion baht. The role requires strong project management capabilities to coordinate complex initiatives involving system development, infrastructure procurement, vendor management, and service operations. Candidate must be able to manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure clear communication across internal teams, clients, vendors, and outsourced partners. This role requires both strategic oversight and the ability to dive into operational details to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities • Manage and deliver large-scale government projects from planning through implementation and maintenance. • Oversee projects involving system development, IT infrastructure, hardware procurement, and licensing. • Coordinate procurement processes, including vendor selection, purchasing, installation, and implementation timelines. • Manage service operations and maintenance activities throughout the project lifecycle. • Work closely with vendors, outsourcing partners, and internal teams to clearly define and manage project scope and responsibilities. • Communicate effectively with clients, project stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment and transparency. • Maintain a clear understanding of the overall project roadmap, while also managing detailed task assignments, responsibilities, and timelines. • Ensure all project documentation and internal documentation are properly prepared, maintained, and aligned with project planning requirements. • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. • Coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes and challenges. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in large-scale IT or government-related projects. • Strong experience managing projects involving system development, infrastructure implementation, and procurement processes. • Experience working with vendors, outsourcing teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. • Ability to manage complex projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders. • Strong understanding of project documentation and structured project processes
