Responsibilities Handle and coordinate export shipments from start to finish. Prepare, review, and follow up on export documents such as Booking Confirmation, Shipping Instruction (SI), Bill of Lading (B/L), Invoice, Packing List, and other related documents. Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, airlines, transport agents, and relevant parties to ensure smooth export operations. Monitor shipment schedules, cargo readiness, vessel/flight departures, and export cargo release status. Coordinate with the Operations, Transport, Warehouse, and Accounting departments to ensure timely and accurate shipment processing. Provide shipment information, booking status, and export updates to customers. Check and verify pre-invoice details, including freight charges, local charges, and other related expenses before issuing invoices. Coordinate with the Pre-Invoice team and Accounting department to ensure billing accuracy and resolve any discrepancies. Prepare reports and related documentation as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in CS Export, Shipping, or Freight Forwarding. Knowledge of export procedures, shipping documentation, and pre-invoice processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively. Good command of English for business communication. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Freight Forwarding, Shipping, or Logistics businesses will be an advantage. Candidates who can start work immediately will be given special consideration.
