To support their rapid growth in Thailand, they are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Engagement Manager to lead end-to-end HCM solution implementations and drive successful client transformations. Job Summary The Payroll Implementation Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end payroll implementation projects, ensuring successful, high-quality, and timely delivery of Thailand payroll solutions for enterprise clients. This role oversees the complete implementation lifecycle, including business requirement gathering, solution design, payroll configuration, statutory compliance alignment, testing, user training, go-live, and post-implementation support. The successful candidate will act as the key point of contact for clients, providing payroll expertise, managing stakeholder expectations, resolving complex system challenges, and driving user adoption. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams, the Payroll Implementation Manager will ensure effective project execution, continuously improve delivery standards, and support clients in optimizing their payroll operations and achieving business transformation objectives. Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain deep expertise in payroll product architecture, proactively identifying system limitations and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to resolve issues and influence future product enhancements. Serve as the regional product subject matter expert, diagnosing complex system behaviors, leading root cause analysis, and ensuring timely and accurate resolution of client-facing issues. Stay current with product updates, releases, and enhancements, translating technical changes into practical guidance and best practices for clients and internal stakeholders. Act as the bridge between client requirements and product capabilities by identifying recurring challenges, escalating trends to the Product team, and contributing to the continuous improvement and evolution of the platform. Job Requirements In-depth knowledge of Thailand payroll with at least 10 years of experience in payroll implementation. Strong understanding of Thailand payroll statutory requirements and regulatory compliance. Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with C-level executives and business stakeholders across various functions. Demonstrated ability to independently navigate, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise payroll solutions, with a strong aptitude for quickly mastering complex systems. A proactive, self-driven learner who stays current with product enhancements, statutory updates, and industry best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve client outcomes and delivery quality. Proven ability to understand client business challenges, identify pain points, and recommend effective, value-driven solutions.
