Assistant E-Commerce Manager/ E-Commerce Manager

Carlo Rino Group Berhad is seeking an experienced E-Commerce professional to drive international growth across key overseas markets. This role is ideal for a commercially driven candidate with strong cross-border e-commerce experience and a passion for fashion retail. Job Responsibilities : Develop and Implement Growth Strategies Responsible for driving the growth of company’s export business by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities in international markets. Export & Market Expansion Coordinate with international distributors, partners, and online marketplaces to expand brand presence overseas. Sales and Revenue Generation Achieve export sales targets through monitoring sales performance, trends, conversation rates and inventory levels. Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement Collaborate with the marketing team to plan digital campaigns targeted at international customers. Optimize SEO and social media strategies to drive traffic and conversion on export-focused platforms. Operational Excellence Liaise with relevant teams to ensure product assortments meet international market preferences. Work with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain accurate inventory for export channels. Reporting and Analysis Prepare regular reports on export business, sales performance, and market insights. Job Requirements: Degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, E-Commerce or equivalent 5-8 years of working experience in e-commerce, social commerce, export sales, business development or related field Proficient in English, Bahasa Cina and Bahasa Malaysia Experience in managing cross-border e-commerce platforms Familiar with online platforms & cross-border trade regulations Passion for fashion and keen understanding of global consumer trends
