Job Opening: Manager, Sales & Strategic Partnerships (Healthcare Channels & Wellness Tech) Responsibilities: Execute the company’s annual sales plan and strategy across Hong Kong and international markets, driving commercialization for our smart health & wellness product ecosystem (including smart rings, smart glasses, smart water bottles, brooches, eye masks, and smart pillows) to hit or exceed targets. Drive market penetration in healthcare, wellness, and retail channels ; develop B2B partnerships with health & wellness specialty stores, medical equipment distributors (wellness lines) , physical electronics retailers, and e-commerce platforms. Establish regional operational standards, ensuring service compliance, high customer satisfaction, and adherence to relevant commercial and consumer product regulations. Resolve channel partnership pain points (e.g., payment terms, distribution rights, return policies) by tailoring win-win solutions; establish partner access, evaluation, and offboarding mechanisms to optimize channel quality. Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the smart wearable, smart home, and wellness industries; optimize product mix, channel pricing strategies, and promotional plans. Plan and execute trade exhibitions, healthcare networking events, forums, and marketing campaigns. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above. Proficient in English and Cantonese as working languages. Sharp business acumen, strong interpersonal communication, and channel management skills. At least 8 years of sales experience with own-brand products; proven experience in medical equipment, healthcare distribution channels, or wellness networks is required . Background in smart wearables or smart hardware is a plus. Familiarity with the Hong Kong market, commercial retail practices, and Hong Kong’s Trade Descriptions Ordinance.
