Reputable Community Organization Office Hours Arrangement Good Career Exposure As a Program Associate [Community setting], you will be responsible for the following duties: Engage and encourage seniors to participate actively in centre programmes, activities, and community initiatives. Support outreach efforts and assist in expanding centre membership and community engagement. Conduct home visits and participate in community screening activities as required. Coordinate volunteer recruitment, training, scheduling, and engagement to support programme operations. Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of wellness programmes, outreach activities, and centre events. Build and maintain positive relationships with community partners, service providers, and external stakeholders. Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and smooth day-to-day operations of the centre. Maintain accurate records and documentation, including attendance, volunteer databases, and home visit reports. Handle enquiries, registrations, donor collections, and other administrative duties in a timely manner. Provide support for reporting, procurement, inventory monitoring, and general operational and administrative functions. Requirements: Min O Level qualification. Prior healthcare working experience is a good plus.
