Key Responsibilities • Support business development activities across customers, partners, and internal teams. • Coordinate communication between commercial, technical, and project stakeholders to support business progress. • Help manage customer requirements, project updates, business follow-up, and cross-team alignment. • Support market development, customer engagement, and preparation of business materials as needed. • Assist management in tracking opportunities, coordinating internal resources, and moving commercial discussions forward. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or above from a reputable university. • Relevant experience in business development, commercial coordination, international business, or related roles, with significant and contemporary experience in/exposure to energy/battery manufacturing enterprises. • Interest in technology, new energy, advanced materials, manufacturing, or industrial solutions. • Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills. • Fluent English communication capability is preferred; international exposure is a plus.
