To support their rapid growth in Thailand, they are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Engagement Manager to lead end-to-end HCM solution implementations and drive successful client transformations. Job Summary The HCM Implementation Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Implementation Consultants and delivering end-to-end HCM implementation projects, ensuring successful, high-quality, and on-time delivery across Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Performance Management, and other HCM modules. This role oversees the full implementation lifecycle, from project planning, business requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live through post-implementation handover. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, driving stakeholder alignment, governance, change management, and user adoption while proactively managing risks and project escalations. Working closely with Sales, Pre-sales, Product, and Customer Success teams, the HCM Implementation Manager will ensure seamless project execution, maximize customer satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and support clients in achieving their business transformation objectives. Job Responsibilities Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Implementation Consultants, overseeing a portfolio of implementation projects to ensure successful, high-quality, and timely delivery. Serve as the primary escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders, proactively resolving project issues and mitigating risks. Coordinate closely with the Sales and Pre-sales teams following contract closure to ensure a seamless handover of project scope, client requirements, business processes, key stakeholders, and implementation expectations. Develop comprehensive implementation plans, define project milestones, monitor progress, and ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope. Drive governance by ensuring compliance with internal processes, policies, and best practices while maintaining the highest standards of service delivery and client satisfaction. Lead change management initiatives by aligning internal and external stakeholders, including senior client leadership and C-level executives, while acting as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle. Gather and analyze business requirements, design solution recommendations aligned with product capabilities, identify functional gaps, and collaborate with the Product team to define enhancement requirements and future-state business processes. Deliver key user training and provide ongoing guidance and support throughout the implementation journey. Lead clients through go-live activities, partnering with Marketing and Customer Success teams to drive user adoption and successful platform rollout. Measure implementation success by evaluating project quality, delivery timelines, customer satisfaction, and overall return on investment (ROI). Ensure a smooth and structured transition of completed projects to the Customer Success team for ongoing account management and support. Monitor implementation-related financial milestones, including timely billing and commercial readiness prior to project go-live. Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities throughout the implementation process, collaborating with relevant internal teams to support business growth. Job Requirements Proven years of experience in HR technology implementation, HR consulting, or Human Resources functions. Proven experience leading and managing implementation or consulting teams. Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executives; experience working with CXOs is an advantage. Solid understanding of Human Resources processes or a formal educational background in HR is preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Advanced analytical skills with the ability to work with complex datasets, validate data accuracy, and generate actionable insights using Microsoft Excel.
