Manager – Retail Operations Policy

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to drive operational excellence and compliance across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. This role plays a key part in enhancing operational standards, strengthening governance frameworks, and supporting business growth through effective process optimization and cross-regional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Drive the development and continuous improvement of operational frameworks, SOPs, and compliance standards across the region Monitor regulatory changes and assess impacts on operations, providing actionable recommendations Strengthen consistency, efficiency, and execution quality across multi-location retail operations Support training and knowledge sharing to ensure clear understanding and adoption of policies Track implementation effectiveness, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth rollout of new policies and processes Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance operational performance and business outcomes Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Operations, Retail Management, or related fields 6–10 years of experience in retail operations, process management, or operational governance Experience in international, luxury, or jewelry retail brands is highly preferred Strong knowledge of Greater China retail operations (store management, inventory, financial control) Proven experience in SOP development, process optimization, or cross-functional initiatives Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across regions Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin required) Proficient in MS Office; experience using data/AI tools is a plus We offer 5-day-work week with competitive remuneration packages to the right candidate.
