Technical Presentations & Demos: Deliver engaging presentations and live product demonstrations to showcase the value of proposed solutions to clients. Proof of Concept (PoC): Lead and execute PoC testing to validate solution capabilities and ensure they meet client expectations in real-world scenarios. BoM Generation: Prepare accurate and comprehensive Bill of Materials (BoM) for project pricing and procurement. Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical problems related to storage systems, ensuring high system availability and customer satisfaction. Requirements & Qualifications Education & Experience Academic Background: Certificate, Diploma, or Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Experience Level: Fresh graduates are welcomed and encouraged to apply. Having at least 1 year of hands-on experience with IT enterprise storage solutions (e.g., Hitachi/HDS, NetApp, Synology) will be considered a strong advantage. Technical Bonus: Familiarity with backup, disaster recovery, and data protection platforms (e.g., Veeam, Veritas, Cohesity) is a notable plus. Core Competencies & Soft Skills Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving capabilities. Work Ethic: Self-motivated, highly responsible, and proactive in driving tasks to completion. Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.

When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one.
