Responsibilities: Participates in user requirement gathering and defines system solutions based on internal and external users’ needs Prepares deliverables such as functional specifications, system design and test plans Writes clean and well-tested code Conducts code review to ensure coding quality Enforces quality standards and procedures throughout the software development lifecycle Provides technical support to ensure smooth operation Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Information System or other related disciplines 4 years or above experience in system development, with HR related system experience is a plus Candidates with less experience will be considered as Associate Executive Knowledge in Java, Spring Boot, Vaadin, Activiti, SQL & NoSQL DB, JUnit, Mockito Experience in Microservice architecture design, Agile software development methodologies, DevOps and continuous testing is an advantage Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a must Strong sense of responsibility and able to handle multi-tasks and meet deadlines under pressure Excellent communication skill, good analytical and problem-solving skills We offer 5-day-work week with competitive remuneration packages to the right candidate.
