HR Generalist - Employee Engagement for Eton, QC Site! (Onsite and GY Shift)

An Employee Engagement Specialist is expected to: Design and implement programs to boost employee satisfaction and retention including drafting and planning. Act as a bridge between employees and management, resolving conflicts and addressing concerns. Organize team-building activities, rewards and recognition and town hall meetings. Conduct regular check-ins to ensure well-being and address employee grievances. Facilitate surveys and focus groups to assess sentiment and identify areas for improvement. Lead the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Conduct orientation sessions and provide necessary resources for success. Coordinate training sessions and support career development initiatives. Identify high-potential employees and assist in talent development and succession planning. Assist in developing company policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and data protection regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources role with a focus on employee engagement. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Creative thinker with a passion for developing a positive work environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong ethics and reliability. Certification in HR or employee engagement programs is a plus. amenable to attend to an on-site interview
