Head of Human Resources (Waters & Premium Beverages)

As HR Manager, you will lead the People Strategy for the Waters business, a unique joint venture operation, ensuring alignment with global and regional priorities while driving effective local execution to achieve ambitious business goals. Reporting directly to the Head of HR Cluster Europe & AOA, you will serve as a trusted People Co-Pilot to the Business Executive Officer (BEO), translating strategic business priorities into impactful people initiatives that strengthen organizational performance, capability, and culture. In this role, you will partner closely with senior leaders to shape the workforce of the future, drive organizational transformation, and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture. As a proactive change agent, you will lead talent and succession strategies, support complex employee relations matters, and ensure the successful delivery of global HR initiatives. You will also lead a team of HR Business Partners while collaborating closely with factory HR teams to deliver a consistent and effective people agenda across the business. Partner with Senior Leadership as a trusted People Co-Pilot, providing strategic guidance, coaching, and support to the Business Executive Officer (BEO) and leadership team to drive business and people success. Build Organizational Capability through talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and retention initiatives that strengthen the workforce and create a sustainable talent pipeline. Drive Organizational Transformation by identifying opportunities to enhance organizational effectiveness, challenging the status quo, and leading business-critical change initiatives that improve performance and agility. Champion Positive Employee Relations by building strong partnerships with employees, people managers, unions, and external stakeholders, creating an environment of trust, communication, and collaboration. Manage Complex Workforce Matters including employee relations cases, disciplinary issues, and labor-related matters, ensuring fair, compliant, and effective resolutions. Deliver HR Excellence through the successful implementation of global HR programs, policies, and initiatives, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
