About the Role We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Supervisor to oversee daily human resources operations and support the company’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience across multiple HR functions, and the ability to build a positive and compliant workplace. Key Responsibilities Supervise and guide the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources team. Supervise recruitment activities, including manpower requisitions, candidate screening, interview coordination, job offers, and onboarding. Oversee employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and resolving workplace issues professionally. Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Manage employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality. Monitor attendance, leave administration, and other HR administrative processes. Coordinate performance management activities, including performance reviews and development planning. Identify training needs and support learning and development initiatives. Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and metrics for management. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency. Partner with department heads to support workforce planning and organizational objectives. Administer employee benefits, including HMO and insurance while coordinating with benefit providers. Organize employee engagement activities, company events, and wellness programs while coordinating with external vendors for event logistics, venue bookings, and related services. Process HR-related payments, invoices, reimbursements, and vendor coordination. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. At least 5 years of progressive HR experience Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices. Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with integrity. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HRIS is an advantage. Experience in a technology, sales, distribution, or office solutions company is an advantage.
