Business Development (Industrial Estate Project*)

Project: Industrial Estate Blueprint Roles and Responsibilities Work closely with Vice President, Manager, and prepare investment proposals, updates, and memos for internal/external use. Conduct comprehensive analysis to identify market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive landscapes. Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities within each sector, including new projects, partnerships, acquisitions, and market expansions. Develop and implement strategic plans for business development in alignment with company goals. Conduct financial analysis and feasibility assessments for new business opportunities, evaluating investment returns, risks, and profitability for decision-making. Led the development of due diligence, proposals, bids, and presentations for new business opportunities, outlining value propositions, technical solutions, and commercial terms. Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, technology providers, and financial institutions, to leverage expertise and resources for business growth. Collaborate with the project development team to support the identification, evaluation, and development of new projects, providing market insights and business development expertise. Monitor business development activities, track progress against targets, and report on key metrics. Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in business development practices. Assist in ad-hoc analysis, assigned projects Support general management and business unit enhancement within the group Skills Required Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or related fields; master’s degree preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, or strategic planning. Candidates with experience in business development across various industries, including infrastructure, transportation, renewable energy, healthcare, technology, and other strategic sectors, are encouraged to apply.
