Head of Enterprise Growth (Up to HK$2.5m)

Our client is a tech innovation multinational with strong presences across the APAC and Greater China market. To cope with their continuous expansion, their Hong Kong office is seeking for high calibre business leader to head up their Business Development function. Job Description Lead and execute corporate-wide business development strategy to grow the innovation and technology ecosystem and strengthen the organization's position as a global I&T hub. Attract, land, and scale strategic technology enterprises and partners across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and international markets, leveraging networks and assets. Drive transformation and sustainable growth of the innovation parks portfolio through land, lease, and land-use strategy, plus effective client and land bank management. Build and manage the advanced manufacturing and microelectronics cluster ecosystems through tailored programs, services, infrastructures, and platforms. Develop and measure performance through best-in-class account management and tenant/customer engagement practices that support scalability and sustainability. Lead cross-division collaboration and executive-level leadership to strengthen ecosystem value creation. Job Requirement Degree holder from business/ Tech from a credible university or related discipline Around 20+ years of executive leadership role being in a sizeble organisation/ tech related business Prior experiences engaging with Enterprise logos and senior stakeholders across Greater china and APAC region Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with C-Suite and board level members Complete fluency in English and Chinese is a must
