Property Analyst

Property Analyst will work in Advisory Team to deliver services under Colliers standard for client’s needs in responded jobs, which are : Feasibility Study, Market Study, Property Research, Project Design and Project Construction Consultant with below Responsibilities: Conduct market research by collecting, verifying, and analysing data from primary and secondary sources, including economic, regulatory, infrastructure, industry trends, and competitive landscape, to identify key market drivers, risks, and opportunities. Support the preparation of market studies, highest and best use analyses, development critique, and feasibility studies for a variety of real estate development projects. Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and business cases to support advisory assignments. Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and other client deliverables that communicate findings, insights, and recommendations clearly. Assist senior consultants and project managers in managing multiple advisory assignments, ensuring project deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule. Support lead generation, sales, and business development activities, including the preparation of quarterly and/or sector reports, and marketing materials. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to gather project information. Maintain project documentation, perform quality checks, and ensure compliance with Colliers' standards and best practices. Provide daily/weekly or monthly performance reports and regular update work in progress as per scheduled and requested Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or related disciplines. 1-3 years of experience in real estate consulting, real estate business development, research, investment analysis or related functions. Good command of English both writing and speaking Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Strong in Excel and PowerPoint) Strong attention to detail with the ability to support multiple projects under tight deadlines. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
