Key Responsibilities Track and drive KPIs across all departments (Production, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, Logistics) to achieve monthly targets Analyze root causes and resolve on-the-ground issues through effective cross-department coordination. Consolidate and analyze KPI data from all departments, build KPI dashboards, and propose improvement plans to the Plant Manager. Support the Plant Manager in day-to-day operations, urgent decision-making, and cross-departmental directives. Monitor inventory status together with Warehouse and Logistics to keep the supply chain running smoothly. Plan and follow through on improvement projects with each department to boost efficiency and reduce costs. Review and upgrade SOPs, work instructions, and process flows across departments to meet standards. Support the implementation of Lean, Kaizen, and other Continuous Improvement systems plant-wide. Facilitate communication across departments to keep cross-functional work running smoothly. Coach and transfer knowledge to mid-level managers to help them run their teams independently. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in plant management or overall factory operations. Experience as a Production, Engineering, Quality Manager or Plant Manager is a strong advantage. Able to oversee both factory operations (Production/QC/Engineering) and warehousing (Warehouse/Logistics) Experience tracking plant-level KPIs across multiple departments. Hands-on experience with Lean, Kaizen, or process improvement at the plant level. Experience in product development and manufacturing process improvement.
