Senior Sales Manager (Modern Trade & HoReCa) Location: Thailand About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and drive the commercial performance across Modern Trade and HoReCa channels . This role is responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, driving profitable growth, and overseeing a business with annual P&L responsibility of approximately THB 1 billion . Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies for the Modern Trade and HoReCa channels to achieve revenue, profit, and market share objectives. Manage and grow strategic relationships with key Modern Trade retailers and HoReCa customers. Lead annual business planning, sales forecasting, budgeting, and commercial negotiations. Own and manage P&L of approximately THB 1 billion , ensuring sustainable revenue growth and profitability. Drive gross margin improvement through pricing, promotion, and commercial initiatives. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Category Management, and Operations to ensure successful execution. Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer insights, and competitive activities to identify business opportunities. Lead contract negotiations, Joint Business Planning (JBP), and annual trading terms with key accounts. Coach and develop the sales team while driving a high-performance culture. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field. 8–15+ years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, Commercial, Category Management, or Merchandising. Experience managing both Modern Trade and HoReCa channels is highly preferred. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L (approximately THB 1 billion) and gross margin. Proven experience in business planning, customer negotiations, forecasting, and sales strategy. Excellent leadership, analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
