Join a design-led studio delivering high-quality commercial and workplace interiors . We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead fit-out projects from concept through completion. Job Highlights • Interior Design for commercial and public sectors • Dynamic young force team in Kowloon Bay CBD • Attractive bonus of project achievement Responsibilities: · Lead end-to-end project delivery, overseeing programme, cost, and site execution · Ensure exceptional quality, safety, and compliance across all site activities · Manage and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for site handover · Resolve technical and site issues with efficiency and professionalism · Good customer oriented to handle complaints with timely and efficient resolutions implementation · Prepare required drawings, corresponding document, and statutory submission · Oversea project documentation, facilitating project meetings and reports to the management Requirements: · Degree I Higher Diploma in Building Service/ Project Management · Solid 3 years’ experience in interior fit-out (workplace/commercial) · Strong technical capability, tendering, cost control and site management · Familiar with DMC, BMO, tenancy coordination · Proficiency in MS Project and AUTOCAD · Fluent in English & Chinese (Mandarin an advantage) · LEED / ISO knowledge is a plus We Offer 5-day work week | 14 days annual leave Medical benefits & performance bonus A collaborative, fast-paced and design-driven environment Please email us your CV for application or call 3616 0407 for assistance.
