Recruitment & Onboarding Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all open positions, from job posting to offer finalization. Issue, execute, and archive employment contracts in accordance with Thai legal requirements. Conduct new employee onboarding procedures and complete the onboarding checklist. Send out probationary goal-setting emails and track progress and outcomes throughout the probation period. 2. Employee Relations & Labor Relations Facilitate the probationary review process: arrange review meetings for employees who pass probation; conduct termination discussions and process separation for those who do not. Manage voluntary employee resignation processes, including exit interviews and clearance procedures. Handle mutual termination of employment negotiations, including drafting and executing separation agreements. Conduct investigations into disciplinary matters, issue Warning Letters, and communicate decisions to employees. Address abnormal attendance issues, such as long-term absenteeism. Serve as the primary point of contact for labor complaints and government labor inspections. 3. Performance & Talent Management Organize and drive the semi-annual performance appraisal cycle for Thailand operations. Develop, implement, and track Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), and apply results to HR decisions. Provide HR support for salary adjustment and promotion processes, ensuring alignment with performance outcomes. 4. Compliance & Risk Management Provide proactive HR advice and risk alerts to business leaders on all people-related decisions. Ensure all HR management actions comply with the Thailand Labor Protection Act and other relevant local regulations. Ensure a complete chain of evidence is maintained for all significant management actions (emails, chat records, signed documents, meeting minutes, etc.). Qualifications 1. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Minimum 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or HR generalist role. Prior experience in a multinational or cross-cultural work environment is highly preferred. 2.Knowledge & Skills: In-depth knowledge of Thailand Labor Protection Act, social security regulations, and local employment practices. Strong understanding of HR operations including recruitment, payroll coordination, performance management, and employee relations. Proven ability to handle sensitive employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and partner with business leaders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in documentation and compliance. Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite. 3.Language: Fluent in Thai and Chinese (both written and spoken). Proficiency in English is a plus but not required.
