What you will do Showroom Operations & Offline Experience Oversee and streamline daily operations at the Sha Tin Showroom, acting as the primary point of contact for client engagement. Deliver tailored showroom tours and expert guidance to walk-in clients, cultivating a high-touch, professional brand experience. Guide clients through design consultations to identify their needs, offer tailored solutions, and introduce our core design approach Online Client Engagement & Relationship Management Drive online client communications, ensuring prompt, sophisticated, and effective follow-ups across digital channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients across both online and offline channels. Operations & Team Support Maintain and update internal systems efficiently, including the Client Database (CRM) records and schedule bookings. Work closely with senior team members to handle daily administrative tasks, documentation, and cashier operations. Provide cross-functional support to the Customer care and Sales teams while managing ad-hoc showroom management duties. Requirements Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Previous experience in luxury retail, boutique hospitality, high-end concierge, or customer service roles Impeccable grooming and professional demeanor Friendly, attentive, and customer-focused personality Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Willingness to work on weekend and public holiday .
