About the role T.H.I. GROUP (BANGKOK) CO., LTD.' is seeking a talented Sales freight forwarder to join our dynamic team in our Sathorn, Bangkok location. This full-time position will play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. What you'll be doing Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targeted sales goals Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities Providing excellent customer service and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences Analysing sales data and providing insights to inform future business decisions Mentoring and coaching junior sales team members to drive performance Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth shipment handling Prepare quotations and negotiate rates with customers What we're looking for Proven track record of success in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities Proficient in data analysis and reporting Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Able to work under pressure and achieve sales targets Ability to communicate in English and Thai What we offer At T.H.I.
