Business Development (Health Care Business) Roles & Responsibilities: - New Business Opportunities : Conduct market research and data analysis to identify potential business. This could include portfolio expansion, channel expansion. Conduct feasibilities studies to evaluate P&L for new channel opening Channel Expansion Develop and implement strategic plans for channel expansion for designated brands in Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, Retail, or other retailers Expand the distribution channels for Drug stores, Hospitals, and other new potential channels Align channel expansion strategies with overall company goals and objectives Conduct feasibilities studies to evaluate P&L for new channel opening Client Acquisition and Negotiation Identify and approach potential partners for channel expansion Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing partners. Understand partner needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs. Lead negotiations with potential partners to establish favorable trade terms and conditions Close deals and secure contracts Set and track performance metrics to evaluate the success of channel expansion initiatives Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, and sales, to support channel expansion efforts. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives. Provide regular updates and reports to Senior Manager on channel expansion activities and performance. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of business development activities, partner interactions, and deal progress. Prepare regular reports on channel expansion performance. KPI New Revenue Generated and sales growth Number of new businesses opened Cost of Acquisition and Investment optimization/ROI for each channel Brand awareness Net profit Qualifications : - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, ideally within cosmetic, food supplement, healthcare industry. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in Retail, Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, Drug Store, Hospital channel. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and data analysis skills. Experience in contract negotiation and deal closure Ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English Able to multi task and prioritization skill
