The Hong Kong Girl Guides Raffle is the Association’s annual flagship fundraising campaign. It engages Girl Guide units across Hong Kong to raise funds through both online and offline sales, supporting the Association’s mission of enabling girls and young women to develop their fullest potential as responsible global citizens. To ensure a successful execution, the campaign requires extensive coordination with volunteers, schools, shopping malls, government departments, and internal stakeholders. We are looking for a high-calibre individual to join our team as Officer (Events). The successful candidate will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing the full spectrum of the Hong Kong Girl Guides Raffle campaign, while supporting other fundraising and engagement events organised by the Association. Responsibilities · Manage the end-to-end planning, execution and evaluation of the Hong Kong Girl Guides Raffle Campaign. · Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth campaign implementation across 1000+ Guiding units. · Manage venue bookings (including shopping malls and public streets) and coordinate applications from Guiding units for weekend public sales activities. · Oversee the logistical planning, distribution, and reconciliation of over 650,000 raffle tickets and keep track of both online and offline sales performance through the digital system. · Prepare reports, correspondence, and other campaign-related documentation. · Provide administrative and event-related support, e.g. souvenir procurement, payment processing, email correspondence, online registration management, etc. · Assist in the planning and execution of other fundraising programmes and events as assigned. Requirements · Minimum 2 years’ work experience in Event Management. Experience in non-profit sector and fundraising programmes is an advantage. · University graduate or above, preferably major in Public Relations, Marketing, Event Management, or Hotel & Tourism Management. · A mature, organised, self-driven, and detail-oriented team player with strong interpersonal skills. · Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint. Chinese word processing is essential. · Skills in photography and videography for social media usage is a plus.
